6th March 2010

Alwyn was running in the Bath Half Marathon so we stayed the weekend in Bristol.
This was the place where he spent many of his younger days while studying at the Uni.

We strolled over the Clifton Suspension Bridge which was designed by the great Victorian
Engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel over the Avon Gorge.

The world famous Clifton Suspension Bridge over the Avon Gorge

This is an awesome symbol of Bristol

Dylan is fascinated by this bridge!

The view is spectacular

We went to Pizza Hut as Alwyn needed to eat Pasta the night before the run.

I enjoyed this meal....

......but Alwyn's not so keen on his Pasta!!

Dylan is tucking into his pizza.....

......and loving it!!
